Get set for a thrilling dash into fitness with the FCPRD Youth Running Club this season! It's not just about the finish line; it's the energy and excitement that young athletes, ages 7-14, bring to the track, and we're ready for it all – regardless of your starting pace. Choose your track at either North (Redbud Elementary) or South (Sherando Park) and join a community sprinting towards fun and fitness. With your registration, leap into four fantastic events, including the Apple Harvest Invitational and the Thanksgiving Day 5K, while learning the ropes of running right from technique to the importance of a good stretch. So lace up, grab your water bottle, and let's make every step count together – with practices every Monday and Wednesday, from 6 to 7 PM, at your chosen location. Ready, set, go – let's run this town!
