Join Coach Kate Marden for some beautiful runs and hikes in and around Bryce Resort in Basye, VA in the Shenandoah Valley. The full retreat will start on Friday, March 21st (any time after 3:00pm) and wrap up at noon on Sunday, March 23rd. OR make it a day trip on Saturday.
Families welcome, kids encouraged to run, too!
There will be daily trail and/or lake runs (Lake Laura) of varying distances, opportunity for hiking and other outdoor activities, good food and company, and opportunity to relax in a quiet, gorgeous setting.
Included in the price for full retreat: 2 nights of accommodation and all meals and snacks.
ALL prices include meals/drinks.
Accommodation is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in Bryce Resort. It is ~1:45 drive from the DC area. The finished basement offers a big-screen television, pool table, and basic workout equipment. There is a master bedroom with en suite available for a slightly higher rate, and those staying in the other two rooms should expect to share with one other person (two full beds in each room).
