Are you ready to get colorful for a great cause? The PACU Foundation’s Flying Colors Charity Fun Run is a dynamic, community-focused event that centers around a timed 5k (9 am start) in which participants are doused with safe, food-based color powder at various points throughout the course. There will be a second, untimed fun/run walk (10:15 am) start for those looking for a more casual, but equally fun, option that will also feature color powder.
Participants will receive an event t-shirt that will appear tie-dyed and rainbow-tastic by the end of either option selected (timed 5k or untimed fun run/walk)! There will also be games, face art, a bubble station, access to local food trucks to purchase delicious treats, and so much more!

$60 for 5k Run (Timed), $25 for 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk (Untimed), $50 for Virtual 5k
Packets for participants registered by 6/1/25 will be available for pickup at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union in the lobby (Winston Salem location - 3530 Advantage Way, Winston-Salem, NC 27103) on Wednesday, June 18th from 11 am - 5:30 pm. Individuals registered after 6/1/25 and those not able to pickup packets on 6/18/25 may collect them on the day of the run at the registration table between 8 am - 8:40 am (the 5k will begin promptly at 9 am).
Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles and any personal items they may need for the event.
The 5k will begin promptly at 9 am, and the untimed fun run/walk will start at 10:15 am.
Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories.
