Festival of the 20 km of Saint-Émilion | 3 races, one walk

Fetes des 20 km de SAINT-ÉMILION | 3 courses, une marche is an annual running event organised by the Rotary Club de Libourne Saint-Émilion, with the 2027 edition scheduled for Sunday 4 April 2027. The event presents multiple participation options in a single day, including a Marathon, a Marathon relay, a 22 km course, a 12 km course and a community marche (walk). The races take place through the vineyard landscape around Saint-Émilion and are positioned as a nature-oriented, hilly running experience rather than a purely urban road event.

The route runs through the UNESCO-listed Saint-Émilion vineyard and includes passages and refreshment points at several châteaux, giving runners scenic vineyard views and on-course hospitality. Participants are offered a complimentary wine tasting and guided cellar visit by L’Union de Producteurs de Saint-Émilion - Passion Saint-Émilion (tasting of three wines) when presenting a race bib or registration proof, and organisers publish regulations and past results on the official site. Registrations for the 2027 edition are not yet open and the event website invites visitors to stay informed about entry opening dates.
