FALKE Rothaarsteig Marathon

The FALKE Rothaarsteig-Marathon is a scenic trail running event that begins at the Schützenhalle in Fleckenberg. The race is set in the Mittelgebirgslandschaft of the Schmallenberger Sauerland and follows the natural paths of the Rothaarsteig, offering a predominantly off‑road experience. The event is promoted as having a particularly family‑friendly atmosphere and a strong volunteer presence, giving it a community feel rather than a purely commercial staging.
