The Edelsfelder Hahnenkammlauf ("Edelsfelder Hahnenkammlauf") is a community road and forest run held around the Naherholungsgebiet am Hahnenkamm and the FC Edelsfeld sports ground in Edelsfeld, Bavaria. Now in its 23rd edition in 2026, the event brings together runners across age groups from Bambini to Herren and Damen, with dedicated childrens training sessions starting weekly from April. The organiser, FC Edelsfeld e.V., promotes a family-friendly atmosphere and local participation, and the event page links to schedules, registration and results for participants and spectators.
The race weekend is positioned as an idyllic local forest run with multiple category starts and an active community focus rather than a large commercial expo.
