The Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel is a flagship mass-participation road cycling event held in the Dolomites, centred on La Villa (Alta Badia) with arrivals in Corvara. The event offers three official route choices (55 km Sellaronda, 106 km Middle course and 138 km Maratona) and is best known for its sequence of iconic mountain passes and high‑alpine scenery. Title sponsorship by Enel and branded King‑of‑the‑Mountain segments on the major climbs are prominent features of the event presentation and route pages. The race attracts a large international field and sits within a multi‑day programme of rides, village activities and ancillary events in the Alta Badia area.
The on‑site festival elements include the Maratona Village expo, an organised pasta party at the finish, a kids’ programme and guided/social rides in the days before the race; live television coverage on Rai2 is provided for the main race day. Entry for the 2026 edition is managed by a two‑phase system (pre‑entry/draw and confirmation), with strict medical certificate requirements and a capped field (the organiser cites roughly 8K participants). Practical inclusions signalled on the official pages include the Maratona jersey, electronic timing, feed/aid stations and arrival‑area food services for participants.
