Event Overview
Join us for the 3rd annual Dirty Grass Soul Rockin’ and Running 5k. 100% OF EVENT PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO FUNDING MUSIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN CLEVELAND COUNTY SCHOOLS. We are a non-profit organization Cleveland County Schools Education Foundation memo: Dirty Grass Soul Music & Arts Fund.
Course Description & Map
1. Begin at Fallston Elementary school.
2. Turn left onto NC Hwy 18.
3. Turn left onto Charolais Dr.
4. Turn left onto Fallston-Waco Rd.
5. Turn left onto NC 182 (Stage Coach Trail).
6. Turn left onto Boggs Dr. and finish route back Fallston Elementary School.
Schedule
5k kicks off at 7:30 am. Guaranteed t-shirt registration by June 7.
Registration & Pricing
$30 for the 5k, $25 for Student 5k (ages 5 - 17). Registration ends June 26, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT.
Packet Pickup Details
Packet pickup will be Friday June 27th from 6-8pm at Fallston Elementary School and Saturday June 28th from 6:30-7:00 am.
What to Bring
Bring your registration confirmation and a valid ID.
Race Day Info
Check-in starts at 6:30 am on race day.
Awards & Categories
Awards for 1st place Overall Male and Female, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group. Age Groups (Male and Female): 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. All finishers will receive a medal.

Parking available at Fallston Elementary School.
