The Küstenmarathon (Küstenmarathon Otterndorf) is a multi-distance running festival held in and around Otterndorf, Germany, with the 2026 edition scheduled for 20 September 2026. The programme covers a full range of distances from a 421 m Bambini-Lauf and Schülerläufe through 5 km and 10 km races up to a full marathon and a four-person marathon relay, plus a 21.1 km half marathon and a 25 km Jubiläumslauf. The event explicitly includes separate options for walkers, handbikers and pedalos, making it accessible to a wide range of participants and abilities.
Course routes pass along the Elbdeich, beside the water and through Otterndorf’s historic Altstadt, and the event runs a family activity area called "Kinderwelten" on the Kirchplatz (operating hours listed as 09:30–16:00).
