Event Overview
Coastal Center for Hope & Healing (formerly known as Coastal Women's Shelter) would like to invite you to celebrate our Run for Shelter 5K, 10K, & 1 Mile race/walk fundraiser Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Creekside Park!
Course Description & Map
Our 5K and 10K route is perfect for families, strollers, leashed dogs, and competitive runners. Both the 5K and 10K are open to timed. Our 1-mile fun run is perfect for adults looking for a smooth stroll and for kids to dash away!
Schedule
Race starts at 8 AM. Check in and same day registration starts at 7 AM and will end at 7:45 AM. Packet and T-shirt pick up will occur during this time.
Registration & Pricing
$25 for 10K and 5K ($15 for Ages 0 - 20). $20 for 1 Mile Fun Run. Virtual events are also available for $25.
Packet Pickup Details
Participants must register by May 31st to secure their shirt. Additional packet pickup events will occur the week before the race for virtual runners.
What to Bring
Participants should bring their registration confirmation and any necessary identification.
Race Day Info
In-person event will take place rain or shine. In the case of thunder, the in-person event will be rescheduled. There are no refunds.
Awards & Categories
Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners, as well as to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place males and females in each age group.

Parking details will be provided closer to the event date.
