Les Foulées Canavéroises returns to Chennevières‑sur‑Marne for its fifth edition on 4 October 2026, inviting runners of all levels to a friendly, family‑oriented day of road running. The event is organised by the Ville de Chennevières‑sur‑Marne and forms part of the town's mobilisation for Octobre Rose, with proceeds and a formal cheque presentation in support of the Ligue contre le Cancer. Start and finish are located at Stade Aristide Briand, with city‑centre streets, a section through the fort and a passage via le mail Daniel Cordier forming the marked course. The race atmosphere is described as convivial and accessible, aimed at encouraging local participation and awareness.
Three distances are offered on the same day — an 8 km, a 4 km and a 2 km family course — with separate start times and on‑site bib collection windows over the preceding days and on the morning of the races. The event line‑up includes a coach‑led warm‑up with music and a well‑being space at the stadium, and prizes (trophies and prizes) are awarded to top finishers in the 8 km and 4 km races. The course is waymarked and described as secure and pleasant for participants, emphasising community participation and charitable impact rather than elite competition. Further participant information, registration and exact logistical details are published on the event's official registration page.
