Please join us on July 1st for the annual Canada Day Road Races—in support of the Canadian Cancer Foundation. There is a run for everyone: 10K, 5K, 1k kids run and 100m tot trot!</p> <p>RACE INFORMATION:</p> <p>All participants in the 5K and 10K receive a timing bib, post-race snacks and beverages, free finisher's photos, expert science crafted 5K &amp; 10K Training Plans and prizes for podium runners! </p> <p></p> <p>Thank You!</p> <p>Date: Tuesday, July 1st 2025</p> <p>Location: Tommy Thompson Park</p> <p>Strollers are permitted on course, however it is requested that you start at the rear.</p> <p>Start times:</p> <p>10K: 9:00 am<br>5K: 9:30 am<br>1K Kid's Race:  10:00 am<br>100 Metre Tot Trot: 10:15 am</p> <p> </p> <p>Prizing:</p> <p>$100 &amp; Commemorative Plaque for first for place in the 5K and 10K (Medals for Kid's 1K and 100 Metre Trot)<br>$50 &amp; Commemorative Plaque for second place in the 5K and 10K (Medals for Kid's 1K and 100 Metre Trot)<br>$25 &amp; Commemorative Plaque for third place in the 5K and 10K (Medals for Kid's 1K and 100 Metre Trot)</p> <p>Race kit pick-up :</p> <p>Race Kit Pick-up is only available on Race Day due to Tommy Thompson Park operating hours.</p> <p>Onsite registration will be available at kit pick-up as well as on race day.</p> <p>Bag check will be available onsite.</p> Parking <p>Free parking will be available onsite.</p> <p>From the West, Tommy Thompson Park Parking Lot - take Lakeshore Blvd E or the Gardiner Expy, while driving Eastward near South Riverdale, turn right onto Leslie St and drive until Unwin Ave.</p>
