The Brian Waterbury Memorial Rock to Pier Fun Run and Rock’n Around the Pier Half Marathon begin at Morro Rock and include scenic beach routes concluding at the Cayucos Pier and back to Morro Rock through soft sand a local park loop. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcomed, with water stations available. Limited parking is offered in Cayucos, but transportation is provided from the finish line back to Morro Rock, where a post-event breakfast and awards ceremony take place. Shirts are available while supplies last. Due to conservation efforts, dogs are not allowed on the course.
