Book Across the Bay is a one-of-a-kind winter event in the upper Midwest, welcoming skiers and snowshoers of all ages and abilities. Participants traverse the frozen surface of Lake Superior, navigating a uniquely groomed course for both classic and skate skiing. This night event is illuminated by starlight and the glow of up to 1,000 candles in ice luminaries, creating a magical atmosphere. Starting and finishing in Ashland, the event offers a memorable experience on the world’s largest lake, celebrating endurance and winter sports amid breathtaking scenery.
