Event Overview
Harford County Running Club, the Harford County running affiliate of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) conducts the Bel Air Town Run (BATR) 5K as a community event to promote health, fitness and running. The 5K race is also a part of the Maryland RRCA Championship Series of races. There is also a 1 mile fun walk option.
Course Description & Map
This is a downhill point to point course. That description can be deceiving when you are running the course. The course is on paved streets. Once off Main St. this is a residential area. Only the section of Main St. and Lee Way are closed to traffic. There are police officers at major intersections. There are course marshals at almost all intersections. The course is marked with white chalk on the road. Runners are responsible for knowing the course.

Awards & Categories
Cash Awards given to the top three male, top three female and top three non-binary runners. Awards will be given out for the top three male and female finishers of each age group (in five year increments).
