The eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona, more commonly known as the Barcelona Half Marathon, was awarded the title of the Best Half Marathon of 2020 in Spain by the IAAF. Covering a distance of 21,0975 km, the route begins at the Arc de Triomf and passes through the old town, Plaça Catalunya, the Ramblas and Avenida del Paral·lel before crossing the modernist Eixample district and Torre Agbar. It then takes a turn towards the Diagonal, Fòrum and beach of the Parc de la Ciutadella before reaching the final destination at the Arc de Triomf. This route provides an amazing and varied street circuit for the runners to experience.
