      Calvert County's Health Department presents the 7th Annual Shatter the Stigma 5K run/walk. EVENT IS FREE. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

      Run or walk the scenic Chesapeake Beach Railroad boardwalk (5K / 3.1 miles) to raise awareness and help shatter the stigma surrounding substance use and mental health disorders. After the race, enjoy the "Be Kind to Your Mind" health fair at Kellam's Field with giveaways, games, local resources, food, and fun. Participants who register early receive a free meal and a guaranteed t-shirt size.

      Let's bring the community together to support mental health and substance use awareness.
