Alpengasthaus Kummerbauer Stadl, Trattenbach
Alpkogellauf Trattenbach is a mountain trail race held at the Alpengasthaus Kummerbauer Stadl and staged under the Buckltour brand. The event features a 7.8 km course with approximately 300 metres of ascent over forest roads and woodland paths, combining technical trail sections with steady climbs that appeal to experienced trail runners and strong club competitors. The race uses chip timing provided by HTT Timing and offers on-site services including a shuttle connection from ÖBB at Gloggnitz to the start, making arrival by public transport straightforward for participants.
Organised by SU Trattenbach, the event awards prizes to the first three finishers in each age class and awards a finisher medal to participants. Registration is handled via the organiser and HTT Timing entry pages, with on-the-day entries possible for an additional fee; race bib collection opens around midday at the Alpengasthaus. As part of the Buckltour series, the Alpkogellauf Trattenbach attracts regional competitors and club runners seeking a short but demanding uphill trail challenge.
