The format is a relay with each team member running a 5 km loop, and the event emphasises team-building and a convivial atmosphere rather than competition. The course starts in the Matmut Stadium de Gerland area and follows a scenic riverside route towards the Parc des Berges du Rhône, combining urban park scenery with a festive sunset setting.
The evening includes post-race social elements such as a meal, DJ-led entertainment and an after-party, creating a networking-friendly environment for companies and their guests.
