The 18th Annual AFCEA Central Maryland 5K & Family Fun Run/Walk Race for Excellence will be held on Saturday, April 26th at 9AM. A virtual option will also be available.
USAT&F-certified this is a loop course that is relatively flat, but the inclines are certain to provide a challenge.
Race Day Schedule:
5K: $55 ($28.50: Ages 0 - 12)
Family Fun Run/Walk: $39.10 ($17.90: Ages 0 - 12)
Virtual 5K: $55 ($28.50: Ages 0 - 12)
Virtual Family Fun Run/Walk: $39.10 ($17.90: Ages 0 - 12)
Team Captains are able to pick up packets and are responsible for distribution. Individuals on team may pick up their own packets if packets are not being picked up by Team Captain.
Thursday, April 25th from 12-7PM at Charm City Run Columbia, 7090 Deepage Drive, Columbia, MD 21045
Friday, April 26th from 3-6PM at Charm City Run Columbia, 7090 Deepage Drive, Columbia, MD 21045
Race Day Onsite starting at 7:30AM
Participants should bring their registration confirmation and any necessary items for the race.
All event activities will take place in Columbia, MD, with both the start and finish lines on Columbia Gateway Drive and the After Party (location TBD) in Columbia, MD.
Top three male and female finishers overall based on gun times. Top 3 finishers in following age groups based on chip times: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Please do not enter Leidos through Benjamin Franklin Drive. Proceed on Columbia Gateway Drive to the next unmarked driveway.

Race registration fees are not refundable. Transfers are allowed up to two weeks prior to the race (April 13, 2024) with a processing fee of $10.
