9th ADAC Stair Run 2025

The 9. ADAC Treppenlauf 2025 challenges participants to conquer the stair tower of the ADAC headquarters in Munich. Set across the evening, this indoor vertical race offers a distinctive setting inside the building’s tower stairwell, creating a focused, high-energy atmosphere. Competitors face a demanding climb that rewards speed, pacing and grit, with the urban venue adding a unique character to the experience.

Racers can choose between an individual start and a two-person relay, tackling 22 floors and 472 steps in total. The relay features a handover point on the 11th floor, adding teamwork and strategy to the ascent. Registration is managed online, with ADAC Sport- und Kulturverein members starting free, and entries expected to open from September according to the organiser’s information.

Operational hours span late afternoon into the evening to accommodate waves and event logistics.
