Besucherbergwerk F60, Bergheider Str. 4, 03238 Lichterfeld-Schacksdorf, Germany
The 8. F60-Triathlon (8th F60-Triathlon) is a one-day triathlon event held at the industrial landmark Besucherbergwerk F60 in Lichterfeld-Schacksdorf, Germany, combining scenic views with a fast, partly exposed course. The race offers two main distances—Sprint and Kurz (classic)—each available as individual and relay formats, and follows DTU/BTB competition rules and age-category scoring. The venue around the Bergheider See provides mixed terrain including road, trail and sandy sections, and the event highlights chip timing, finisher medals and on-course refreshments to support competitors.
Organised by Triathlon Team Senftenberg e.V. under race director René Noack, the event attracts regional competitors and BB-Cup/DTU-eligible athletes where applicable and enforces strict rules such as no drafting and mandatory helmet checks. Race-day services include transponder timing, medical cover by DRK and DLRG, staffed marshal points and parking guidance near the transition area. Entrants must register online by the stated deadlines and follow licence requirements for specific Wertungen (day licences for certain classes are available).
