40th Swiss Women's Run, Bern

The 40. Schweizer Frauenlauf (Schweizer Frauenlauf Bern) is a large, inclusive running festival for women and families held in the heart of Bern. The event brings together a wide range of participants with distances from childrens' sprints to 10 km races, and it highlights a central riverside route through Bern, finishing with a celebration at Bundesplatz. The organiser positions the day as both a sporting challenge and a community festival, under the motto “Ein Lauf für die Frauen, ein Fest für alle!”.

This edition marks the event's 40th anniversary and features dedicated youth races, family categories and (Nordic) walking options alongside the classic 5 km and 10 km distances.
