The 39. Raiffeisen Wechsellandlauf is a mountain trail race held at the Hauptplatz in Aspang Markt, Austria. The primary competition is an 8 km looped trail run with approximately 230 m of ascent, routed largely on forest tracks and only small sections of asphalt. The course starts and finishes on the Hauptplatz and passes alongside the Aspanger Teich, offering a scenic, atmospherically strong finish area for participants and supporters. For 2026 the event introduces a specially produced finisher medal for all finishers.
The race day is a multi-offering festival of running with several children’s races, a 4 km FunRun, a 3x500 m relay (Staffellauf) and a new Downhillwertung (downhill evaluation) alongside the main event. Entries include a chip fee and on-the-day late registration is possible up to 30 minutes before the respective starts; number pickup is scheduled from 13:00 at the Gemeindeamt Aspang Markt. The organisers provide timetable guidance and public-transport notes to assist competitors travelling from Wiener Neustadt and nearby towns.
