A-7072 Mörbisch am See, Burgenland, Austria
The 34. Neusiedler See Radmarathon is a single-day granfondo held in and around Mörbisch am See on 19 April 2026, combining a scenic circumnavigation of Lake Neusiedl with competitive granfondo racing. The event is presented as part of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series qualifying calendar and is described by the organisers as a flat, fast and tactical 125 km route that includes a cross‑border loop into Hungary and an included ferry link for certain routings. The race is positioned as the opener to the Austria Top Tour and highlights the UNESCO World Heritage landscapes, local castles and the wind‑exposed Seewinkel environment.
The official Ausschreibung sets out rules, age classes and licensing consistent with UCI Gran Fondo World Series requirements and explains qualification pathways for the 2026 World Championships. Practical participant services such as bib pickup windows, timekeeping procedures and ferry information are provided in the Ausschreibung and via the RaceTimePro registration platform. Entrants are advised that the course is not fully closed to traffic, helmets are mandatory and liability waivers must be signed at bib collection.
