The Johannesbad Thermen‑Marathon returns to Bad Füssing on 01.02.2026, organised by Johannesbad Gruppe. Registration for the 31st edition is open via the official website and the event hub provides a comprehensive Marathon guide with pages for start times, route information, timekeeping, bib collection and on‑site logistics. The organiser publishes official results via the linked timing partner (Zeitgemaess) after the race.
Branded by the motto “LAUFEN – ERHOLEN – THERMALBADEN”, the event combines racing and recovery in Europe’s largest spa resort. Runners can choose from the marathon, half marathon and 10 km on fast, asphalted winter roads through quiet, scenic Bavarian villages. Courses are loop‑based (the half marathon covers one circuit; the marathon completes it twice) on paved, low‑traffic terrain suitable for consistent pacing and potential personal bests even in winter.
