The 26. Rennsteig-Staffellauf am 20. Juni 2026 is Germany’s largest relay race along the famous Rennsteig long‑distance trail and is organised from Schmiedefeld in the Thuringian Forest. The race is contested by teams of ten runners on fixed stages with designated exchange points, covering approximately 138.0 km in total along the Höhenweg des Thüringer Waldes.
