The 24. Muko-Freundschaftslauf (Muko-Freundschaftslauf) is a charity event organised by the Mukoviszidose Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg e. V. and takes place on 17 May 2026 at the Lustgarten in Potsdam. It combines a fundraising run (Spendenlauf) with a family festival (Familienfest) and a broad programme of community activities. Participants run laps on a marked loop while visitors enjoy live music, sponsor stalls and family-friendly entertainment.
The event raises funds for people affected by cystic fibrosis in Berlin and Brandenburg and offers volunteering and donation opportunities, including an official Spendenkonto for donations. The organiser provides promotional print materials and resources for teams and supporters, and the day includes Kinderland, stage performances and food and drink offerings.
