The 24h ROJA Ultramarathon Festival 2026 — Latvijas čempionāts 24h skrējienā brings a full weekend of endurance running to the coastal town of Roja. Centred at Roja Stadium, athletes compete on a safe, fenced loop with a measured lap length of 1.23474 km across stadium and nearby streets. The course is illuminated through the night, and chip timing records every completed lap, with final metre measurements taken after the horn for precise results. As the host of the Latvian 24‑hour Championship, the festival attracts competitors across age groups for a meticulously organised experience.
The programme spans 29–30 May 2026 with four races: 24 h, 12 h, 6 h and a marathon. A main support zone by the start provides medical cover and catering, including water, sports drinks and warm meals at intervals for the longer timed events. Personal support areas are permitted in a designated zone, and changing rooms and toilets are available under the stands. Every participant receives a festival medal, and prizes are awarded overall and by age group, with national‑championship honours decided in the 24 h race.
