22nd Rißnertlauf 2026

The 22. Rißnertlauf 2026 is a traditional local running event staged by Turn- und Sportverein 1874 Rüppurr e.V. It features officially measured, DLV‑approved 5 km and 15 km looped courses (measurement ID GER-2022-0005) that combine paved sections and well‑maintained forest paths through the Karlsruher Oberwald. Electronic net timing is used and on‑course refreshments and basic finish amenities (toilets, changing rooms and showers) are provided. Modest prizes may be offered for new course records on the 5 km and 15 km routes.

The programme includes a main 15 km race, a 5 km race and a dedicated 5 km walking category. Registration is handled online via the organiser's RaceResult registration link and on‑site bib pickup is available on race morning. Parking is available nearby at the Eichelgarten hall.

Directly after the main races the club runs the Zwergenläufe (children's races) on the track; these are free to enter and every child receives a medal and a participation certificate. The Rißnertlauf is part of the LGR PUMA Kids Cup 2026 and eligible 5 km youth finishes are scored for the Cup.
