The Hochheimer Weinbergslauf (officially presented as 22. Weinbergslauf‑Hochheim) is a DLV‑approved community Volkslauf organised by Turngemeinde Hochheim am Main 1845 e.V. and staged around Hochheim am Main. The event on 6 September 2026 offers a wide range of distances for recreational and competitive runners, including a half marathon, 12.2 km and 6.1 km courses, plus short youth races (Schülerläufe) and Bambini races. Handbike, walking and team scoring options are also offered to accommodate para‑athletes, clubs and families.
Courses run through the Hochheimer Weinberge with a mixture of flat turnaround sections and hillier circuit laps (some circuits note approx. 54 metres ascent). Start and finish activity is based at the Vereinsheim des Kleintierzuchtvereins Hochheim. Electronic timing is provided by Cologne Timing with integrated transponder start numbers; results and certificates are published online. Entrants are directed to the official event website for the Ausschreibung (race announcement), registration, provisional start times, start number collection information, parking guidance and details on optional finisher shirts.
The event forms part of the Süwag Energie Laufserie and maintains an extensive historical results archive. Competitors and spectators should consult the organiser's website for final schedules, race rules and up‑to‑date participant information.
