The 20KM de Lausanne (20KM de Lausanne) is the signature 20 km road race in Lausanne, Switzerland, combining lakeside running, city streets and the local hills. The course finishes in the Stade Pierre-de-Coubertin and includes a tested elevation profile (approx. +268 m / -274 m), downloadable GPX and route maps for competitors. Entries for the 2026 edition were shown as sold out with bibs strictly limited, and wave starts are used to manage the field.
The event sits within a wider running weekend offering multiple distances (2 km–20 km) and participant services such as bib collection windows, secure bag drop, showers and a childcare service on race day. Official timing is provided by Sport Chrono with disposable chip timing, professional event photography and post-race media; organisers publish practical guides, GPX files and block start times on the official site. For 2026 the main race day is Sunday 26 April 2026 with detailed schedules and registration information available from the organiser.
