Get ready to ignite your passion for running this summer with our dynamic Cross Country Preparation Program, designed for 6th to 12th graders! Equip yourself with the education and physical training essential for high-level racing and running development. Dive into a regimen tailored to boost your endurance, propelling you towards success in the upcoming Cross Country and Spring Track seasons. This flexible camp allows you to maintain your regular summer activities and vacations while still reaping the benefits of consistent training. Our aim is to provide you with the tools, motivation, and fun to make significant strides in your athletic journey. So remember, bring your enthusiasm, plenty of water, a towel, and your workout gear – let's chase those goals together! Note: Our summer workouts kick off on June 10th and sprint through to July 26th, with a rest period from July 1st to July 5th.
