10th Menden City Run

The 10. Menden Citylauf (Menden-Citylauf) is the tenth edition of the city run organised by Marathon-Club Menden and takes place on Sunday 14 June 2026 in Menden (Sauerland). The event day includes a DLV‑certified half marathon plus 10 km and 5 km road races, together with youth races and a dedicated Firmenlauf (corporate team race). The organiser publishes a full Ausschreibung on the official website with detailed rules, age categories and prize information. Entrants are invited to consult the organiser pages for registration deadlines and the complete programme.

Courses are flat, asphalted city loops designed to be spectator-friendly and have been measured to IAAF/AIMS standards; the finish and event centre are located at Rathausplatz in the city centre. Electronic timing is used with a transponder integrated in the start number (net and gross times via the race-result system), and start number collection is scheduled the day before and from early event morning. The day includes multiple youth heats and a 650 m handicap run, and there are changing rooms and showers at the local Gymnasium as well as organiser‑directed parking at the Oberen Promenade. Prize money and finisher medals are awarded in the adult races as described in the event Ausschreibung.
