The 10 Engelse Mijl is the principal race of the NN Dam tot Damloop weekend and is presented on the event site as the classic 16.1 km course between Amsterdam and Zaandam. The Dutch title "10 Engelse Mijl" is used on the official page and the route uniquely starts on Prins Hendrikkade, passes through the IJtunnel to Amsterdam‑Noord and finishes along the Zaan at the Burcht in Zaandam. The organiser publishes start waves, a clothing bag system and a clear finish time limit; the official materials also point entrants to the NN Dam tot Dam Park finish festival in Zaandam for post‑race services.
This edition notes that regular start licences are sold out but alternative places may be available via charity partner Fonds Gehandicaptensport. The event page provides practical participant information including bag drop and clothing‑bag procedures, on‑course aid stations, finish closing time and a prize schedule for competitive categories. The organiser and event pages emphasise safety cutoffs and the official finish window for all competitors.
Start: Prins Hendrikkade, Amsterdam; Finish: Burcht (Zaandam) / NN Dam tot Dam Park
